Yes, that is Oliver...in a dress...

I was writing a few chapters the other day, and in them Oliver's cousin Mairy was introduced. While greeting each other, she refers to him as "Olivia" instead of Oliver. It's something she's done since they were young. Years ago they made a deal that if he were ever to beat her in an arm wrestling contest, she'd drop the nickname for good. Needless to say, it's never happened, and the two continue to regularly bet each other:

Oliver: Um, I understand I lost the bet again, but why the dress??

Mairy: It's simple, really. It suits you more than pants do.

Oliver: TT-TT
